Andre and Monica are serving up a traditional Colombian Dinner: 

Appetizer - Ripe fried plantains

Dinner - 

Arepas (fried corn patties) with shredded chicken and Hogao (Tomato-based Colombian Creole sauce). Chickpea filling as a Vegetarian option.

Yuca fries and kale salad

Dessert - Bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and dulce de leche drizzle
