Our Annual General Meeting will be held Virtually over Microsoft Teams Tuesday November 9, 2022.

This year we have openings for the Commodore, Vice-Commodore, Membership, Racing, House and Grounds, Social, Fleet, and Communications roles. Please note that there can be more than one nominee per position, and that we will be accepting additional nominees during the AGM.

You may assign a member to be your proxy at the meeting for items that require voting (if you are a full / voting member) or to express an opinion. A full member may be the proxy for up to 2 others. You can find the online proxy form here.
