CONCUSSION MANAGEMENT POLICY

At Mooredale we pride ourselves in providing a safe sports environment for our club members. Mooredale has adopted Ontario Sailing's Concussion Policy in accordance with the provincial Rowan's Law.

Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Membership Director. Refund submission will be reviewed for approval by the MSC’s Membership Director & Commodore.

New members:

Up to one week before the scheduled start of the selected CanSail class, for new members: 75% refund.
From one week before the scheduled start of the selected CanSail class, for new members: 20% refund.

Returning members:

75% of the membership fee, when the refund submission is received before May 1st,
20% of the membership fee, when the refund submission is received between May 1st and July 1st.

Deferral option:
Any member is eligible to defer their membership to the following year, once. The membership fees will be retained, and applied to an equivalent membership level for the following year/season.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?
